CUSTOM ORDERS

Most of the jewelry on our site, is handmade and potentially available to customize depending on the degree of customization you are requesting and additional factors, including, but not limited to, how quickly you need the item(s) and if all the materials are available.

Please note...

• The price of the item being custom ordered may change depending on how it is customized.

• All custom orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Custom orders will take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks to be fulfilled.

 

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

• Metal: customize the type of metal

• Necklace: chain length can be customized

• Stone(s): want to change the stone(s) to your birthstone or change it to a color that fits more with your personality, customize it

• Rings: Rings are sold in the standard sizes 5, 6, 7 and 8. If you would like a different size, most can be custom ordered.

• 'Out of Stock': Certain items are carried in limited quantities. If you see an item that is out of stock, please inquire for an additional item to be made as a custom order. 

 

Please email us your custom order request, and please include the #SKU for the original item you want to customize. We will let you know if it can be customized and if there will be additional fees associated with the customization.
