WARRANTY

 

Every Red Carpet Trends piece comes with a 60 day limited manufacturer warranty. We want our customers to be exceptionally proud of their pieces, so if there happens to be any issues with the item, please email us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization). Upon inspection, we will repair and ship back your piece within a timely manner.

Our warranty does not cover the following: lost or damaged gemstones, wear and tear of the item, liquid or chemical damage.

Any alterations done outside of Red Carpet Trends or our affiliates will be void of all warranties on the product.

Red Carpet Trends is also not liable for the product title or risk of loss once deemed 'delivered' to the shipping carrier; they are transferred to the purchaser at that time.
