RETURNS

Red Carpet Trends wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we will gladly accept domestic returns at our distribution office no more than 30 days from delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions listed below. Please note, there is a $25 restocking fee for each item returned.

  • The item must be returned in its original unworn and new/unused condition.

  • Please include the packing list that shows the order number with the item being returned; this is required to process your return. If you no longer have the packing list, please include a print out of the email order confirmation that was originally sent when the order was placed. *If we do not receive the packing slip or email confirmation with your returned item, your refund may be delayed or we might not be able to process the return.

  • ALL SPECIAL ORDERS AND/OR CUSTOM DESIGNS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process and inspect your return. If the item meets the return criteria, we will process the refund. We can only refund the original purchase price minus the $25 restocking fee per item. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

 

We will try our best to process the refund within 48 hours. However, it may take your bank an additional 2 to 10 business days to credit your account.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges as this time. If you would like to replace your item with another, please return your original order in line with our return policy and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.
